Use of MonetizeDB
MonetizeDB provides creator sponsorship intelligence tools, including deal tracking, connected-channel insights, pricing recommendations, creator profiles, and sponsor discovery workflows. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details reasonably current.
Creator data and connected accounts
If you connect a social platform, you authorize MonetizeDB to access and process read-only data needed to provide analytics, rate recommendations, and valuation features. You may disconnect connected platforms from the product where supported.
Pricing recommendations
MonetizeDB may provide sponsorship value estimates, rate ranges, and pricing recommendations. These outputs are informational only and are not financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Creators and sponsors remain responsible for their own pricing, negotiations, contracts, and decisions.
Public profiles and sponsor discovery
Creators may choose to make certain profile information public or discoverable to sponsors. You are responsible for the information you publish and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse MonetizeDB, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, upload malicious content, scrape the service without permission, or use the product to harass, deceive, or spam others.
Subscriptions and billing
Creator and sponsor plans may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing intervals, trial periods, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout when payments are enabled. Stripe-ready architecture may be present before billing is fully launched.
Intellectual property
MonetizeDB and its software, branding, design, and product features are owned by MonetizeDB or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own creator profile content, deal records, and other data you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.
Third-party services
MonetizeDB may integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, or analytics providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but MonetizeDB may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using MonetizeDB at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonetizeDB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or by email.
