Information we collect

MonetizeDB may collect account information such as your name, email address, role, creator profile details, connected-channel metadata, sponsorship deal records, rates, brand contacts, and usage activity inside the product.

Connected platform data

When you connect a platform such as YouTube, MonetizeDB requests read-only access needed to sync profile and analytics information. This can include channel name, subscriber count, video metadata, views, likes, comments, publish dates, and related performance statistics. We do not request permission to publish content, send messages, or modify your social accounts.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the product, calculate sponsorship insights, power creator profiles, support sponsor discovery, improve pricing recommendations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important account or product updates.

Sharing and visibility

Creators control whether their sponsorship profile is public. Public creator profiles may show information such as creator name, niche, bio, audience size, connected platforms, rate ranges, and selected sponsorship signals. Private account data, OAuth tokens, and non-public deal details are not sold to third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate MonetizeDB, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and email infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to help us run the service.

Data security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and should be encrypted before being saved. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to sensitive data.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as needed to provide MonetizeDB, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or certain data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can update your creator profile, disconnect connected channels, make your public profile private, and request account support. If you disconnect a platform, MonetizeDB will stop future syncs for that platform.

Children’s privacy

MonetizeDB is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MonetizeDB evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or by email.
